Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the Sika SAFE Program.
• Inspect the work area to ensure safety policies and housekeeping are followed.
• Oversee and operate packaging equipment to conform to specifications.
• Drive safety, communication, teamwork, quality, productivity, and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Perform inventory checks of raw and packaging materials for daily production.
