Job summary

Sika Corporation is seeking a Senior Operator in its Fallsington, PA area to oversee daily production requirements, maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards, and support continuous improvement. The role requires independent work within a team and a positive attitude.

The Senior Operator will perform batch making, packaging, and set-ups, operate according to quality guidelines, and assist with training new staff while ensuring on-time production and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

• Batch making experience in one or more Sika processes.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Strong math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages).
• Flexible to work any shift and overtime.
• Self-motivated with good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with safety, security, and environmental policies.
• Maintain housekeeping and clean work areas.
• Execute production per quality guidelines and report variations.
• Meet daily production schedule and optimize output rate.
• Set up materials and ensure equipment readiness.
• Complete SAP orders and assist with related processes.
• Lead or support continuous improvement with Management.
• Train new and temporary employees.
