Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Must have good math skills, including fractions, decimals and percentages.
• Must develop process expertise to facilitate troubleshooting.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Flexible to work any shift and overtime as needed.
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and other equipment as trained.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the plant's Sika SAFE Program.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Operate packaging equipment to meet specifications.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Perform inventory checks of raw and packaging materials.
• Operate and monitor mixing equipment within SOPs.
• Ensure proper documentation of mixing processes.
• Train and guide new or temporary employees.
• Use SAP/PLC software and troubleshoot as needed.
