Qualifications

• 3–5 years with progressive responsibilities.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Experience ensuring OSHA and other regulatory standards across facilities.
• Experience with workers’ compensation processes.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities comply with OSHA and other regulations through inspections.
• Provide safety and workers’ compensation support through training and site visits.
• Develop and administer loss prevention and safety programs.
• Train managers on safe work practices and incident investigations.
• Monitor hazard prevention and report monthly status to local management.
• Coordinate return-to-work processes for injured employees.
