Job summary

ESFM is the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA. Florence, KY offers an onsite opportunity as Safety Facilities Manager to strengthen safety practices and reduce injuries across local units.

You will lead training, inspections, policy implementation, and performance measurement while ensuring client requirements are met. Relocation package available and occasional travel up to 40% are expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years with progressive responsibilities is ideal.
• Experience implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to interpret and apply OSHA and related regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities comply with OSHA and safety standards through inspections.
• Provide safety and workers’ compensation support via training and site visits.
• Develop and administer loss prevention programs.
• Train managers on safe work practices and incident reporting.
• Maintain OSHA records and report trends for injury management.
• Coordinate return-to-work programs to minimize absence.
