ESFM, the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, seeks an onsite Safety Facilities Manager in Florence, KY to lead safety programs and compliance. Relocation is available, with a $125,000 base salary and potential bonus structures.

The role focuses on reducing injuries, training managers, and implementing safety policies across local units while traveling up to 40% to sites and client locations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years with progressive responsibilities ideal
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% is required
• Ensures facilities comply with OSHA and other standards
• Follows OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations as defined by laws and client policies
• Maintains on-going safety awareness programs to promote a safe environment
• Assists in loss prevention and incident investigation programs
• Provides training to managers on safe work practices and procedures

Responsibilities

• Provides safety and workers’ compensation support through training, site visits, and inspections
• Implements policy and procedure changes to improve safety performance
• Conducts regular meetings, calls, and site visits to strengthen safety culture
• Maintains OSHA records and reports on injuries and claims trends
• Coordinates return-to-work processes to minimize absence
