Job summary

C&K Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee and enhance safety programs across our field operations in the United States.

This role offers significant autonomy and requires collaboration with safety and operations teams to drive safety excellence and practical field implementation. You will plan training sessions, conduct audits, lead incident investigations, and ensure proper PPE and equipment across sites.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in EH&S or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in transportation, industrial, construction, or waste services with safety mgmt.
• OSHA 510/511 and 500/501 certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook for documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; stay current with safety regs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety rules across sites.
• Plan and deliver safety training sessions for staff and customers.
• Conduct field safety audits and thorough incident investigations.
• Review safety gear and ensure equipment availability at all sites.
• Attend customer walk-throughs and develop tailored safety plans.
• Perform regular site visits and enforce safe practices; use Stop Work Authority.
• Maintain up-to-date safety documentation for company and customers.
• Support after-hours emergency response as needed.
