Job summary

C&K Industrial Services is seeking a highly motivated Safety Manager to lead and enhance our safety programs across field operations. You will have substantial autonomy and work closely with the safety and operations teams to drive safety excellence and practical risk controls.

You will conduct audits and investigations, deliver training, recommend safety gear, and develop site-specific improvements. The role requires strong communication, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to implement safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety management experience in related industries.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 510/511 and 500/501 certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations across sites.
• Plan, conduct, and deliver safety training sessions.
• Conduct field safety audits and incident investigations; prepare reports.
• Review and recommend safety gear; ensure equipment availability.
• Develop site-specific safety improvements with the team.
• Assist management in evaluating safety requirements for customers.
• Attend customer walk-throughs; advise on safety best practices.
• Regularly visit job sites for safety walkthroughs and practices.
• Exercise Stop Work Authority when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date safety records for company and customers.
• Provide after-hours and weekend emergency response as needed.
