Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related experience in transportation, logistics, fleet, or safety compliance.
• Working knowledge of transportation regulations, compliance practices, or safety programs.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review information and ensure compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coach and influence others.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Monitor FMCSRs, UniGroup safety policies, CVSA standards, and ELD requirements.
• Review and investigate safety incidents, compliance exceptions, and analysis of logs.
• Coach van operators and ASRs to promote safe driving behaviors.
• Support safety programs by identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with agents to improve SPRs through education and communication.
• Review data and documentation to identify compliance risks and opportunities.
