Job summary

ASTEMO INDIANA, INC. is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment professional to coordinate safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and investigate incidents for continuous improvement. You will lead audits, training, and program development to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of OSHA regulations, and the ability to work with multiple departments in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and general industry standards.
• Experience conducting root-cause analysis (5-Why, etc.).
• Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Audits and equipment evaluations (70%).
• Manage Site ISO 14001 program (20%).
• Other duties as assigned (10%).
• Coordinate training on safety laws and equipment use.
• Inspect facilities and safety equipment to ensure compliance.
