Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to elevate safety culture across Mount Joy facilities. You will lead safety programs, conduct audits and investigations, and implement data-driven improvements to protect associates.

You will train teams, analyze hazard data, collaborate with leadership, and respond to emergencies. Flex shifts and lifting up to 49 pounds are required; emergency first aid/CPR certification within 3 weeks of start.

Formación

• High school or equivalent required.
• 1 year in an EHS field or Bachelor’s in EHS background or 6 months in safety-related role within Amazon.
• OSHA regulations knowledge, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Word and Excel.
• Maintain confidentiality in security/personnel matters.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably safety-related.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analysis, judgment, and customer focus.
