Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs, audits, and training at a Penns Grove, NJ site. You will partner with leadership to reduce risks, investigate incidents, and promote a proactive safety culture across operations.

Responsibilities include daily safety audits, risk assessments, and data-driven safety initiatives, while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and protecting associates’ wellbeing through effective safety advocacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with an EHS background.
• 1 year in an EHS-related field or 6 months in Amazon safety role or a Bachelor's in an EHS-relevant background.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety audits, incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Deliver safety training and data-driven programs to prevent injuries.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and build partnerships across levels of the organization.
• Transform safety data into narratives to drive engagement in safety initiatives.
