Job summary

Evans Delivery seeks a Fleet Safety Compliance Specialist to partner with independent owner-operator drivers, coaching performance and ensuring hours-of-service compliance and proper documentation. You will monitor safety metrics, coordinate corrective actions, and promote policy adherence within a safety-first environment.

The role requires strong coaching, record-keeping, and cross-functional collaboration, with on-site work in Schuylkill Haven, PA and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating performance concerns to drivers and partners.
• Experience providing driver coaching or safety counseling.
• Experience supporting drivers across multiple locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Word/Excel/Teams).
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Safety contact for assigned owner-operator drivers.
• Coach drivers and establish expectations for improvement.
• Evaluate safety performance and recommend corrective action.
• Maintain records in Motive, Driver 360, Luma and other systems.
• Investigate safety matters and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive safety improvements.
