Job summary

The Evans Network of Companies is seeking a Verifications Coordinator in Schuylkill Haven, PA, to manage driver verifications during onboarding and maintain driver qualification records.

You will coordinate with agents and previous employers, use Tenstreet and Driver360 to process requests, and ensure accurate data entry for Clearinghouse records. Training peers may also be required, with a strong focus on accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Strong typing skills.
• Strong organization and time-management skills, including the ability to shift priorities as work demands change.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Sound critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify missing or conflicting information and determine the appropriate next step.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply established criteria consistently when reviewing records.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with Agents.
• Use Tenstreet to organize, filter, and track verification requests.
• Complete verification requests by phone, email, fax, or approved third-party providers.
• Contact companies and agents regarding outstanding verification information.
• Respond to emails regarding driver verification status.
• Scan completed verifications into Driver360 and submit them for review.
• Updating Clearinghouse information by entering completed query data into Driver360 and Tenstreet.
• Assist with training others as needed.
