Job summary

You will hire, coach, train, evaluate performance, and manage safety programs; lead meetings; address employee concerns; and coordinate with linehaul on trailer movements to optimize costs and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six months supervisory or relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach, train, and evaluate staff; strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and uphold the Safety Above All culture.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations; assign staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, and evaluate staff; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Monitor operation performance and collaborate with other departments to improve key metrics.
