Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or some college courses toward a degree acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff to ensure safe and efficient package sortation.
• Manage day-to-day operations and administer FXG policies and procedures.
• Recruit, coach, train, and evaluate staff; handle disciplinary matters as needed.
• Ensure safety programs and processes are followed and incidents are minimized.
• Analyze performance metrics and lead improvement initiatives across the shift.
• Conduct regular meetings to communicate goals and updates to staff.
