Qualifications

• Six months experience in supervisory or package handling roles.

• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure safe, efficient package sortation.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and recognize staff.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations.
• Monitor performance, manage costs, improve quality and safety.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate objectives to the team.
• Train new employees on FXG policies and safety requirements.
