Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive safety leadership experience in landscape maintenance or construction.
• Expert-level knowledge of OSHA construction standards and regulations.
• Proven track record across multiple active job sites.
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety initiatives, policies, and training programs for landscape operations.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and safety audits.
• Lead all incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Provide coaching to Crew Leaders and Foremen on hazard recognition and safe practices.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers on site-specific safety concerns.
• Analyze safety data and report progress to executive leadership.
