Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive safety leadership experience within landscape maintenance, commercial construction, or related field.
• Expert-level knowledge of OSHA construction standards and federal/state safety regulations.
• Proven track record of leading safety programs across multiple active jobsites and diverse field operations.
• Exceptional ability to influence and build relationships with employees at all levels, from laborers to executives.
• Strong proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and translating data into practical field actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive, company-wide safety initiatives, policies, and training programs tailored to landscape operations.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and safety audits to identify risks and ensure high standards of field performance.
• Lead all incident investigations, performing root-cause analysis and establishing effective corrective action plans.
• Provide direct coaching to Crew Leaders and Foremen on hazard recognition and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers to address site-specific safety concerns and operational hazards.
• Analyze safety data and metrics to report progress to executive leadership and hold department heads accountable for safety results.
