Job summary

Marick Mechanical is seeking a Safety Director to develop and lead the safety strategy across all locations. This role ensures OSHA compliance and fosters a culture where every employee returns home safely daily.

Reporting to the President or COO, you will oversee training, incident investigations, audits, and monthly scorecards, with about 50% travel to support field operations. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction safety and 3+ years leadership, with a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years construction/commercial mechanical safety.
• 3+ years leadership experience.
• Preferred CSP, CHST, OSHA 500, First Aid/CPR Instructor, DOT experience.

Travel: Approximately 50%

Position Summary

The Safety Director develops, implements, and leads the Company's comprehensive safety strategy across all branch locations. This role ensures compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations while fostering a culture where every employee returns home safely each day. The position partners with operations and executive leadership to reduce risk, improve safety performance, and build accountability across the organization. This role requires a background check and drug test upon pre employment.

Leadership
