IOC Company, L.L.C. seeks a Safety Director to develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive safety program across the organization. The role leads worker health and safety activities, including training, incident response, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include conducting audits, managing OSHA/DOT compliance, and coordinating with HR on claims management while driving a culture of safety across all sites. Occasional travel to job sites for training and inspections is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety management required.
• 8+ years in safety leadership.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, state and federal regulations.
• Strong data analysis and KPI reporting.
• MSHA experience required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee the comprehensive safety program for IOC Company, L.L.C.
• Lead safety audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement preventive measures.
• Serve as first point of contact for safety incidents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design and deliver safety training programs and coordinate with IOC University.
• Track safety metrics and report to management; travel to multiple sites for training and audits.
