Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety/health or related field.
• 10+ years construction safety experience.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• 2+ years budgeting or financial management experience.
• Safety leadership on large scale projects (data center, semiconductor) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements and drives environmental, health and safety programs.
• Provides timely analytics to regional executives and key stakeholders.
• Leads the Drug and Alcohol program in line with policies.
• Leads investigation team on serious safety matters within the Region.
• Designs and conducts EHS training for the regional safety team.
• Manages prequalification platforms (ISNET, Construct Secure) and collaborates with client solutions partners.
• Collaborates with marketing on related presentations and materials.
• Promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion within JE Dunn.
