Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Safety Director for the Advanced Facilities Group to lead safety programs and regional health and safety initiatives across critical facilities projects, including data centers and semiconductor sites.

Role focuses on implementing safety systems, analytics, and training while partnering with Risk, Insurance, and marketing teams. Strong leadership and extensive construction safety background are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety/health, construction management or related field (Required).
10+ years construction safety experience (Required).
5+ years people management experience (Required).
2+ years budgeting or financial management experience (Required).
Safety leadership experience on large scale advanced facilities/high tech projects (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Implements, manages and drives environmental, health and safety programs and initiatives.
Measures environmental, health and safety metrics and provides timely analytics using internal tools.
Provides support with Worker’s Compensation claims in accordance with company and state policies.
Leads the Drug and Alcohol program in accordance with corporate policies and practices.
Leads the investigation team on serious or catastrophic safety matters within the Region.
Authors publications for Company communications.
