Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Safety Director to lead safety programs nationwide, focusing on data centers, semiconductor, and manufacturing projects. You will implement health and safety strategies, produce analytics, and train regional teams to meet company goals.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction safety, 5+ years of people management, and a Bachelor's in occupational safety/health or related field; travel may be required and there is a preference to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in occupational safety/health, construction management or related field (Required).
10+ years construction safety experience (Required).
5+ years people management experience (Required).
2+ years budgeting or financial management experience (Required).

Responsibilities

Implements, manages and drives environmental, health and safety programs and initiatives.
Measures environmental, health and safety metrics and provides timely analytics.
Provides support with Worker’s Compensation claims with Risk and Insurance teams.
Leads the Drug and Alcohol program in accordance with corporate policies.
Leads the investigation team on serious safety matters within the Region.
Collaborates with safety professionals nationwide to monitor trends and provide recommendations.
