Catholic Charities Eastern Washington seeks a dedicated professional to provide community and participant support and oversee safety services for the Catalyst program. You will lead the Safety and De-escalation Team, including training, incident debriefs, and supervision.

Formación

• Experience in safety and de-escalation within housing or social services.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety and security of participants, staff, guests, and volunteers.
• Train onboarding Safety and De-escalation Team members.
• Improve processes to raise quality of care for patrons.
• Prepare regular interaction reports for leadership (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Use verbal de-escalation to manage disruptive situations.
