Overview:

We're seeking a high-energy, growth-minded Safety Coordinator/Manager to lead safety initiatives across our U.S. manufacturing sites. This individual contributor role (no direct reports) focuses on OSHA compliance, safety training, and hazard prevention on the production floor. Ideal for candidates with strong experience, but who are still growing in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage EHS programs to ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance.
2. Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and root cause investigations.
3. Deliver safety training (e.g., OSHA, hazardous materials, emergency response).
4. Maintain OSHA logs and oversee workers' compensation case management.
5. Support implementation of QMS programs (ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820).
6. Track safety metrics, performance goals, and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Maintain compliance documentation and support audits.
8. Assist in business continuity and emergency response planning.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (or 3 additional years of relevant experience in lieu).
• At least 5 years of recent experience as a Safety Coordinator or Manager.
• OSHA and manufacturing experience (production floor) is essential.
• Experience working with subcontractors/vendors supporting mutual safety objectives.
• Proficiency in writing technical documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Estimated Min Rate: $77,000
Estimated Max Rate: $110,000
