Senior Account Executive / Sales - (Individual Contributor) - B2Bi Integration - US Based Remote & Travel

We are seeking a highly-driven and self-motivated Senior Account Executive to drive integration services sales, managing complex sales cycles with Fortune 500 clients. The role combines technical knowledge, sales expertise, and a consultative approach to help organizations optimize their IT infrastructure and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify IT pain points and opportunities.
  • Design and present customized IT solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Collaborate with IBM sales counterparts and develop new business through referrals.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and demonstrate solutions effectively.
  • Calculate and socialize ROI scenarios during the sales cycle.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract review and onboarding.
  • Forecast sales accurately and maintain reports.
  • Engage in high-volume sales activities, including calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Answer client inquiries and gather feedback.
  • Facilitate on-site product demonstrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue quotas.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive or Sales Representative in technology sales.
  • 5+ years of experience selling IT Professional Services.
  • Experience selling fixed-price and T&M projects.
  • Quota responsibilities of $2-$3 million or more annually.
  • Experience with IBM Sterling or similar solutions is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% within the US.
