Position Purpose: Supports administrative care management activities including outreach, answering inbound calls, and scheduling services. Acts as a point of contact for members, providers, and staff to resolve issues and documents member records in accordance with current state and regulatory guidelines.
Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED required. 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
Pay Range: $17.50 - $27.50 per hour

Actual pay will be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. Total compensation may include additional incentives.
