Job summary

Rite-Hite Doors, Inc. is seeking a Safety Specialist to establish and promote a safe, accident-free workplace across two manufacturing sites.

You will analyze accident causes, develop safety and environmental policies, and work with managers to implement programs that protect employees and compliance with OSHA/EPA rules. • Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years related safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and compliance programs.
• Strong analytical, training, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Makers studies of industrial accident causes and hazards for use by personnel and outside agencies.
• Formulates safety policies and procedures compliant with OSHA and EPA rules.
