Job summary

Delek US Holdings seeks a Safety professional to conduct comprehensive safety audits of facilities and equipment, develop training, and drive a positive safety culture in alignment with regulations. The role involves incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Travel within the region may be required; the incumbent will collaborate with refinery personnel, manage safety KPIs, and support incident response and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Two (2) or more year's experience in a Safety related field (Required)
• Valid driver's license and driving record satisfactory to company and insurers
• HAZWOPER 40-hr certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits of buildings, facilities, tools and equipment.
• Provide employees with safety training applicable to work processes.
• Investigate accidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions.
• Maintain knowledge of government safety regulations and compliance.
