Transdev is seeking a Safety & Security Manager to lead transportation safety management, guide TAS initiatives, and coordinate incident processes across TAS sites. You will train employees, audit safety practices, and liaise with regulators while driving a culture of safety.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, root cause analyses, and reporting, plus ensuring compliance with OSHA and safety policies across operations. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field experience.
• 3+ years in transportation safety or related safety roles.
• Experience with incident investigations and OSHA compliance.
• Experience liaising with OSHA and regulatory agencies.

Responsabilités

• Ensure regulatory safety compliance for transportation and workplace safety.
• Coordinate with vendors and TAS stakeholders on safety initiatives.
• Lead incident management: reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, corrective actions.
• Represent TAS safety in inspections at client and TAS sites.
• Remediate safety issues with training and operations teams.
• Drive safety program audits, records, and regulatory documentation.
• Prepare safety findings and metrics for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support zero-tolerance drug/alcohol policy investigations and actions.
