Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a safety-focused role in warehouse/manufacturing
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with safety inspections, audits, investigations, and training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with safety documentation systems

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce OSHA compliance and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in safety planning, hazard analyses, and pre-task planning.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, training records, audit results, and reports.
• Manage the internal safety audit program and support ongoing compliance initiatives.
• Serve as a safety resource for employees and leadership.
• Partner with management to promote safety awareness and continuous improvement.
• Support additional safety and compliance initiatives as needed.
