Job summary

All Things Metal Industries seeks a Safety & Compliance Manager to develop and oversee safety, health, and regulatory programs across our shop and field operations. You will ensure OSHA adherence, maintain certifications, and drive a culture of safety across ATM Steel, RoXteel, KorFab, and Rhino Central Services.

This leadership role reports to management and partners with supervisors to lead training, inspections, incident investigations, corrective actions, and records retention.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and maintain safety programs.
• Experience ensuring OSHA and industry standard compliance.
• Strong documentation and audit capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and programs.
• Lead OSHA and AISC compliance efforts across shops and sites.
• Conduct safety orientations and training for new hires.
• Perform inspections, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain records, certifications, and logs.
• Lead safety committees and weekly safety meetings.
• Coordinate injury management and return-to-work processes.
• Advise departments on safety practices and risk reduction.
