Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a safety-focused role, preferably in warehouse, manufacturing, or multi-site environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk identification and solutions.
• Experience in inspections, audits, investigations, and training initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and safety policies.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and safety walks to identify risks.
• Investigate workplace incidents and support corrective actions.
• Lead safety planning, JHA, and pre-task planning activities.
• Coordinate safety training, toolbox talks, and certifications.
• Maintain safety documentation, training records, and audit results.
• Manage internal safety audit program and ongoing compliance initiatives.
• Serve as a safety resource to employees and management.
• Drive awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement in safety.
