Job summary

DSV is seeking a Safety Supervisor to support site leadership with day-to-day health, safety and environmental efforts at the Northlake facility. You will coach staff, implement risk controls and ensure adherence to safety programs and regulatory requirements.

As a subject matter expert, you will drive training, incident investigations and data reporting while maintaining strong safety metrics in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3 years logistics/distribution experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities are essential.
• Proven problem solving and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the facility, operations and staff.
• Lead HSE programs, conduct risk assessments and drive compliance with policies.
• Coordinate training, audits and reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with site leadership and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Maintain safety metrics and manage incident investigations and claims.
