Job summary

DSV USA is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead day-to-day health, safety and environmental programs at the Northlake facility. You will coach staff, develop and implement safety policies, and ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO standards while supporting site leadership.

We expect 3+ years in logistics safety, a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and strong MS Office skills. This full-time role offers a base pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution or related environment.
• Knowledge of safety & health management systems.
• forklift training/certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; RF scanners; WMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and security of the facility, operations and staff.
• Maintain accident statistics and investigate incidents.
• Ensure compliance with DSV Safety Programs and applicable regulations.
• Develop and monitor risk assessments and safety audits.
• Lead safety training and coach site personnel on safe operating practices.
• Coordinate with site leadership to drive HSE goals and KPI reporting.
