Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Manager, Safety in Lithia Springs, GA. You will lead safety programs, coordinate regulatory compliance, and drive region-wide HSE initiatives to ensure an injury-free workplace.

The role requires at least 5 years in HSE leadership within a warehouse, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and ASP certification is preferred. Strong communication and training skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a medium to large warehouse in an HSE management capacity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current Environmental / Safety Regulations and practices.
• English language proficiency; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Coordinate OSHA, EPA, FDA and other regulatory agency interactions for the region.
• Develop and implement training for Health & Safety Managers across the region.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation measures.
• Publish monthly safety topics and training materials for sites.
• Oversee hazard communications, EAP/LOTO, and machine guarding practices.
• Manage site safety inductions and coordinate investigations of accidents and near misses.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and lifecycle safety code.
