Job summary

CIMCO Refrigeration Inc. is seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to support the U.S. Safety Manager and teams. You will maintain safety records, coordinate training, prepare communications, and assist with incident and compliance administration.

You will ensure audit-ready documentation, organized workflows, and timely reporting across branches, contributing to continuous improvement in safety operations. Strong organization and discretion are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with strong communication and confidentiality.
• Experience supporting safety/compliance programs is a plus.
• Background in admin, HR, or safety support is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety records, certifications, and compliance docs.
• Coordinate training schedules and onboarding requirements.
• Administer LMS and training records; monitor expirations.
• Prepare safety reports, newsletters, and safety communications.
• Support incident tracking, audits, and regulatory recordkeeping.
• Assist with customer prequalification packages and data management.
• Identify gaps and suggest process improvements in safety docs.
