Job summary

CIMCO Refrigeration Inc. is seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to support the U.S. Safety Manager and field teams. You will maintain safety records, coordinate training, prepare safety communications, and assist with incident and compliance documentation to ensure audit-ready workflows.

This role emphasizes strong organization, clear communication, and confidentiality as you help manage training, tracking, dashboards, and reporting across multiple branches.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • One year of experience in administrative, training, HR, safety, or compliance support preferred.
  • Additional education in Safety, Business Administration, HR, or related fields is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain training records, certifications, compliance documents, dashboards, and retention systems.
  • Schedule training, manage registrations, track attendance, and support onboarding requirements.
  • Prepare newsletters, toolbox talks, lessons learned, presentations, and safety metrics.
  • Assist with incident tracking, workers compensation documentation, insurance requests, audits, and regulatory records.
  • Support customer prequalification packages, data entry, special projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Identify gaps in records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Recommend improvements to administrative processes, training tracking, and document management.
  • Suggest opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the safety program.
