Job summary

WITRON Integrated Logistics, Inc is seeking a Health & Safety Administrative Specialist to oversee safety documentation, data entry, and training coordination across multiple locations in the U.S. The role requires strong organizational skills, OSHA familiarity, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

The position emphasizes maintaining accurate safety records, ensuring OSHA logs are current, and managing vendors for PPE and safety equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3-5 years in an office-based support role
• OSHA 10 or 30 a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• 75% travel expected for this role

Responsibilities

• Safety Documentation & Compliance: maintain accurate records of safety training, certifications, and incident reports.
• Ensure OSHA logs and company safety files are up-to-date and audit-ready.
• Data Entry & Reporting: input and maintain accurate safety and incident data.
• Generate monthly or quarterly reports on safety metrics, training completion rates, and incident trends.
• Vendor & PPE Management: manage relationships with safety equipment, PPE, and training vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels of safety supplies, place orders, and track expenditures within budget guidelines.
• Training Coordination: assist with scheduling and logistics of employee safety briefings, onboarding compliance, and external safety training courses.
