As the Administrative Specialist, you will:
Safety Documentation & Compliance:Maintainaccuraterecords of safety training, certifications, and incident reports.
Ensure OSHA logs and company safety files are up-to-date andaudit-ready.
Data Entry & Reporting: Support the input and maintenance ofaccuratesafety and incident data.
Generate monthly or quarterly reports on safety metrics, training completion rates, and incident trends.
Vendor & PPE Management: Manage relationships with safety equipment, PPE, and training vendors.
Monitor inventory levels of safety supplies, place orders, and track expenditures within budget guidelines.
Training Coordination:Assistwith the scheduling andlogisticsof employee safety briefings, onboarding compliance, and external safety training courses.
Requirements:
High School DiplomaorEquivalent
3-5 years of experience working in an office-based support role preferred
OSHA 10or30 a plus
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
75% travel is expected for this role
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periodsof time
Ability to view computer screens for prolonged durations
