Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions seeks an experienced Safety Manager to support incident-free field operations across MEI sites. You will promote MEI’s safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with Health clinics and insurers.

Key duties include maintaining EHS policies, conducting audits, and leading training programs. The role emphasizes proactive risk management, incident prevention, and staff coaching in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven Environmental Health & Safety experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years EHS experience at a multi-site organization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with OSHA standards.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Proactively executes and maintains MEI EHS policies and programs.
• Supports MEI sites with required training (OSHA, forklift, site protocols).
• Provide program support in safety design, risk assessment, JHA development, and incident investigations.
• Manage incident investigations with IRB and site management, including workers' comp coordination.
