Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Safety Administrative Assistant for Masthead Rigging 521 in Tempe, AZ. The role supports the Safety Manager with incident tracking, data entry, document control, and coordination of safety programs across regions.

The position requires 1–2 years in construction safety, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in construction safety.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience required; college degree preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of construction operations including high tech.
• Attention to detail, strong communication, self-direction, ability to prioritize workload.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Team oriented with a positive attitude and adaptability to change.
• Proficient MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• BCSP credentials a plus.
• Bi-Lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership in safety matters across operations, branches, and departments.
• Serve as consultant to regions/branches to improve health and safety.
• Data entry, file maintenance, meeting coordination, calendar management.
• Assist with implementation of Safety department systems and policies.
• Collaborate with Safety team, management, staff, clients, and subcontractors.
• Maintain professional demeanor and customer service.
• Manage Incidents Log and submittals to customers.
• Assist with subcontractor qualifications for safety.
