Qualifications

• Willingness to travel between project sites across Arizona and the Southwest.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and procedures.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Provide training, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety education for employees and subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay current with OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into operations.
