Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Safety Advisor to drive safety excellence on active construction projects in Phoenix. You will spend significant time in the field conducting site visits, coaching crews, and supporting incident investigations to prevent safety issues.

Responsibilities include inspections, safety observations, training, and assisting with OSHA compliance. Strong communication and field presence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain during onboarding).
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred.
