Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to drive successful delivery across multiple Agile teams in a SAFe environment. This role acts as a servant leader, coordinating program execution, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate has strong program/project management, business analysis, and Agile facilitation experience, with hands-on SAFe expertise and a track record of improving delivery predictability and stakeholder
Qualifications
- 8+ years in program/project management, business analysis, or software delivery.
- 6+ years as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer in SAFe environments.
- Hands-on experience facilitating Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within SAFe.
- Strong PM/PM background with execution-focused leadership.
- Experience coordinating multiple agile teams and dependency management.
- Knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and DevOps.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate PI planning and program execution across multiple agile teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Drive delivery predictability and accountability among stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to align initiatives.
- Mentor Scrum Masters and lead Agile communities of practice.
