Job summary

HCL Technologies is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to join as a full-time employee. The RTE will facilitate ART events, drive relentless improvement, and help manage risks and dependencies across value streams.

The role requires strong SAFe/Lean-Agile expertise and proficiency with JIRA and Tableau, plus excellent stakeholder communication. The position is remote-first within the US with eventual client-site relocation to Richmond, VA when allowed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar Release Train Engineer role.
• Experience with budgets, cost optimization and metrics.
• Proficient in Jira for epics, stories, issues and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize flow of value through the ART using Program Kanbans and radiators.
• Establish and communicate annual calendars for Iterations and PIs.
• Facilitate PI Planning readiness and drive synthesis of Vision, Roadmap, Backlogs.
• Facilitate the PI planning event and publish Program PI Objectives.
• Assist tracking the execution of features and manage dependencies.
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices.
• Escalate and track impediments and help manage risks.
• Provide input on resourcing to address bottlenecks and improve value flow.
