Job summary
Rockwell Automation in Mequon, Wisconsin, seeks a SAFe Product Manager to lead definition, prioritization, and execution of product and platform investments across one or more ARTs. You will translate market opportunities into roadmaps and collaborate with business, engineering, and program leadership to deliver customer value.
The role reports to the SAFe Team Lead and requires building a feature backlog, aligning PRD with train backlog, guiding multiple stakeholders, and driving timely,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Legal authorization to work in the US required; visa sponsorship not offered.
- Willing to travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the feature backlog and roadmap for product development projects according to priorities.
- Align PRD with Agile Release Train feature backlog for development projects.
- Coordinate implementation plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Guide development teams to achieve high-quality objectives and timely delivery.
- Collaborate across product, technology, and market factors to support decisions.
