Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting iterative software development projects.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients to understand their needs.

Aufgaben

• Develop understanding of mission and business objectives and translate into functional requirements and user stories.
• Capture, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Decompose features into clear, actionable stories for short iterations.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and ensure items are well-defined and prioritized.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlog and align with objectives and roadmap goals.
• Partner with Scrum Master to establish sprint backlogs and define iteration scope.
• Maintain team and iteration backlogs with acceptance criteria and dependencies.
• Validate requirements with Product Owners and SMEs to confirm scope and outcomes.
• Prepare items for future iterations and elaborate requirements for backlog readiness.
• Lead demonstrations for stakeholders and communicate iteration results.
