Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience as a business analyst on iterative software projects.
• Strong understanding of SAFe or Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and manage functional and non-functional requirements and user stories.
• Decompose features into stories for the product backlog and iterations.
• Define and manage sprint backlogs with the Scrum Master and guide scope.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlog and align requirements with roadmap.
• Lead backlog refinement and ensure acceptance criteria are testable and traceable.
